Covid-19 FAQ
All SailWeek staff including skippers, hostess, guest managers, videographers and management will have Digital Green Certificate. The Digital Green Certificate is a proof that a person has been vaccinated against COVID-19, received a negative test result or recovered from COVID-19.
The situation with COVID-19 is changing on a daily basis. If there is a travel ban, border closure or advice against all but essential travel in the destination country and we have no choice but to cancel the trip, we will contact you no later than 30 days prior to your departure date.
Also we suggest you get in touch with your insurers to confirm if they can help cover any other costs you may have incurred as a result of this.
First of all you should contact the airline to confirm the options available to you, including alternative flights and/or refunds. We understand how frustrating this can be. Should you not be able to get to SailWeek you have booked, the cancellation policy found on your booking will apply, but consider picking a new date in 2021 or postponing and transferring the amount paid towards a travel credit. Travel credits are valid for 2 years (see above).
You should also contact your airline and your insurance company to confirm the compensation options available.
